CLARISSE’S FANTASTIC CREAM PUFFS
1 cup water
¼ cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
In a saucepan bring water and butter to boil. Add flour all
at once. Stir until smooth ball forms. Remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well
after each addition. Beat until smooth and shiny. Drop
By ¼ cupfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at
400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove to wire racks….
Immediately split puff. Remove soft dough.
When cook, fill with pudding, whipped cream, etc. I used
Sliced strawberries in whipped cream.
