Pretty table setting.
CHICKEN CORDON BLUE
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices cooked ham
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
Pound the chicken breast into 1/4 inch thickness. Mix egg with a little water,
And dip each breast in egg, and then coat both sides with crumbs.
Sprinkle with pepper. Place a slice of cheese and ham on each breast.
Roll up, put a small pat of butter on top. Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
