This is Alcy, our cook for February
and she made such a great lunch and
made each of us a Valentine!!
Yes a lot of candy on the table and a lot of food.
We were so happy that everyone

The top left dish is her chicken
dish that she made up,
ad below is her Orange Salad
Orange Jell-O Salad
1 6oz package orange Jell-O
2 cup hot water
1 &3/4 cup cold water
8 oz. cool whip
1 can oranges
Mix Jell-O with hot water
then add the cold water
set in fridge to set.
After set add cool whip and mix well
and put back in the fridge until ready to serve.

The Blender Pie
Put all in blender
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1 lemon cut up(NO SEEDS)
1&1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
BLEND and pour into pie shell and bake 45 min or until center is set.
