Pat's Luncheon. December 13th, 2023

 

This is Pat our December cook

and what a cook she is.

Her kids love her and brought

her this beautiful bouquet,

well everyone loves her, 

not just her kids.

I assume from all her kids, but

Dereck brought it to her,

so if I goofed please forgive me 

on who bought the flowers.

It was such a nice and relaxing luncheon,

Pat made homemade Lassaguna and

she also had pickled green beans and 

Brussels sprouts, and beets.

yummy buttered bread, and of course

a lot of candy on the table.  It was so good.

It was Pat's birthday and Sheila brought her

a special cake and ice cream to celebrate

with frozen candles.  ha ha on that. The cake

and the ice cream were so good, 

We had rocky road and vanilla,

Thanks, Sheila for

doing that for Pat. our baby. 

We started our luncheons in 1986 or 1987

and now we figured it was time to quit,

but that doesn't mean we can't get together,

as we can still do that.  
After the first of the year would be a good time to start.

Cooking for all of us used to be easy, but as time

goes things get more hard to do and it was not

fair to have 3 people do most of the work so it

was time to stop.  So we did.  But it was a fun

time for all.

Nancy's Luncheon Wednesday October 18th 2023

 

We had a wonderful luncheon at Nancy's home.

And what a wonderful cook she is.

Sorry that Linda and Marilyn could not attend.
