Alcy's Luncheon Monday, May 17th, 2021

We want to thank Alcy for the wonderful luncheon and fun time.

She is our cook for the month of May.

Linda was missed by us all.  Also Alcy gave us all a book that we all love.
See the pic of the book below.

Alcy wanted everyone to know the below:

Thank you for coming and making me so happy today. It was great to visit and see you all.  It was so nice for Sabra to visit us, she is Clarisse niece.  She is a kick in the pants!!!  She kept our party going and laughing.  Thanks Sabra and so nice to see you.
Thanks, Pat, Nancy, & Cindy for helping me get the Charcuterie Board arranged. I would NOT have been ready if they hadn’t helped. It took so many to make the lunch a success and I am grateful.
Thank you Sheila for getting up and down 50xxx to help when I just sat. Judy, Nancy and Sabra, THANK YOU for cleaning up and doing dishes. I was determined to do them but SOOOO grateful you did.  I had such a good time and am tired  even with you all helping.l.
Love, Alcy

Our next luncheon will be at Judy’s on Monday, June 28nd 2021.

Her beautiful table

The book she gave to us, and it is a good one.
Thanks Alcy for the generous gift to all.

I love the pepper jelly, and cream cheese.
I think Alcy said she made this in her spare time.
It was so good Alcy, I wish she would give our her
secret recipe for this pepper jelly.  It was the best!!!
See it below in the glass ruffle dish.  YUM!!!

                              Alcy’s Lemon Delight Dessert

                                   It was so good.

                                   Graham cracker crust

                                                 Just mix

Lemon pudding use less milk and add Cool  Whip

Alcy said you could just make pudding and forget the crust if you like.

Either way it is good.
