Marilyn’s Crust less

Spinach Quiche

1 tablespoon oil

1 onion chopped

1 package chopped spinach

5 eggs beaten

3 c Muenster cheese

¼ teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

Grease 9” pie pan. Heat oil in frying pan and

cook onions till soft. Stir in drained spinach

and cook until excess moisture has evaporated.

In large bowl combine eggs, cheese and salt. Add

spinach and stir to blend. Bake 30 minutes at 350.

Let cool 10 minutes
