Look to the center and you can see the
banana bread and here is the recipe.
SUSAN’S CLASSIC BANANA BREAD
2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 large egg
1-1/2 cups mashed ripe banana
(about 3 bananas)
1/3 cup plain low fat yogurt or butter milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in bowl.
Beat sugar and butter in large bowl with mixer
until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating
well after each addition. Add banana, yogurt
and vanilla, beat till blended. Add flour
mixture, beat
at low speed just till moist. Spoon batter
into an 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 loaf pan coated with
cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until
toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minute in pan and
then remove.
