Joycie's Luncheon February 5th, 2021

                                     

Joycie was the cook for February.

I want to thank Linda and Nancy 

for all your help, and if I missed

a person please forgive.

We had a Valentines Day Luncheon

Our next luncheon is at Marilyn's

Friday,  March, 19th 

Pat you were missed, we always love

to hear your stories, and you make us laugh.

Yes dessert first!!! It is a must!!!

                                            I made brownie waffles topped with                                                                       

                                           French vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream, 

                                           and topped with chocolate syrup and the very top

                                            a Lindt Lindor Milk Chocolate Truffle

                                           The brownie waffle was thanks to Costco's brownie mix.

                                           I used a heart shape waffle iron.

     We had egg and chicken salad sandwiches

    cut into a heart shape with a cookie cutter.

     Thanks Linda for cutting the sandwiches.

            We had extra goodies for the sandwiches on the table.

      Yep this is Linda the sandwich cutter

I love that smile!!!

                                            We had applesauce and one of the ladies

                                            for her salad had cottage cheese and peaches

                                            with a heart shaped pickled beets on top.                                           

                                             The rest of us had a green salad topped

                                             with heart shaped beets.

                                                   We had to much light in the room and

                                                   that is not good for taking photos.

                                               Nancy brought over her beautiful red

                                              Camellias and arranged them in a red bowl.         

                                              Thanks Nancy, these lasted for days, 

                                              So I enjoyed them a lot, and still have two of

                                             the buds in a little vase.

As Pat says just wing in for the recipes,

Applesauce by Costco,

Chicken by Costco,

Eggs by a chicken ha ha.

Brownie mix by Costco.
