Pat's Luncheon Friday January 8th, 2021

                                    Pat’s Luncheon January 8th, 2021

Such a good lunch and fun time.  Thanks Pat for making us

Such a good lunch.  We missed Sheila at lunch time but she

Came to visit a while when they got back into town.

It was nice that Linda could come, as we missed her a lot.

Pat gave us all lemons from her lemon tree, thanks Pat!

Pat you are one very good cook, you always

make us a great lunch.  Thanks so much!!!

Flowers from her yard and also the lemons.

They had a hard time waiting until
I took the photos of them, they said
we are hungry we want to eat,
and we want to eat NOW!

This was made so we could put on our

roast beef sandwiches.  It was super good.

Pat Roasted this separate in the oven

1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned

1 medium green pepper, julienned

1 clove garlic, mince

1 onion sliced

This is what she said to do:

Cut roast in half and place in a slow cooker.

Sprinkle with the seasonings and cook until tender

Remove roast and shred meat, return to the slow cooker.

In a large bowl, combine the garlic and soup mix and

 Worcestershire sauce and pour over

the meat.  Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.

The flavor of the meat was very tasty!

This is our cute cook for January

Linda made the cake as she wanted to
surprise Judy, Sheila, and Joyce for
their January birthdays.  She made
cupcakes that they could take home
with a candle and a special napkin.
Thanks Linda for adding this for fun
and celebrate old, old, & older.  ha ha.

Alcy checkin out people as the entered
the home.

Hi Clarisse, I caught you off guard.

The asparagus was so good, Pat grew this in her
garden this past summer and canned it.  She
is so talented.

Pat said oh this is so much fun for all of
us to get together, she was a happy camper.

Judy took a great pic of me...ha ha
