Clarisse 's Luncheon November 7th 2008


ICE CREAM COOKIE DESSERT

1 pkg. Oreos, crushed, divided

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

1 16 oz. jar hot fudge topping, warmed

1 8 oz. carton cool whip

Mix 3 3/4 cups cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press into greased 9x13 pan. Spread with ice cream. Cover and freeze until set. Drizzle the fudge topping over the top. Freeze again until set. Spread the cool whip over the top, and then sprinkle with remaining crumbs. I added 1/2 cup of finely chopped walnuts. Freeze. Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving. 12 servings
