Nancy’s Carrot Cake

1 and ¼ cup oil

2 cup sugar

4 eggs 3 cups grated carrots

1 cup walnuts, chopped

2 cups flour

2 teaspoon soda

2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon salt

Cream sugar & oil and then add eggs, and carrots mix, then add dry ingredients, and then

add walnuts

Frosting

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cube butter (1/4 lb)

8 oz cream cheese

1 pound powdered sugar

ts. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes
