Pat's Luncheon August 12th, 2022

 

This is Pat, our cook for the month of August

She always does the best of the best!!!

She even hired a special someone to

BBQ the burgers for her

Thanks to that special someone  

I think you all know who he is

Linda you were missed, and hopefully

you are able to come to Marilyn's luncheon. 

      

                                        Pat made the hamburger buns in the morning.

Pat's potato salad, so good.

Waiting for dessert, that I forgot to take a pic of.

But I have the recipe.

 

Sara Lee Pound Cake Dessert

 

Whipped cream whipped with almond

extract and rum extract, sliced peaches, 

cube cake and layer in a big bowl with

a drizzle of pralines, whip cream and then 

peaches, repeat layers then chill.

                 

                                       Pat pickled the green beans and also Brussel sprouts,

                                       and the beets, it was all so good.  Pat made Jam and

                                     gave all of us a jar of jam and also gave us some of

                                     her home grown tomatoes and squash.  It is all the

                                     best ever.  Thanks Pat.
