This is Alcy our cook for the month of April.
Thanks for the delicious lunch, it was very good,
and we all enjoyed our time together.
Sheila you were missed. Alcy wants to thank
Pat for coming over early and helping her.

Next month is Judy's Luncheon and
we are looking forward to another time
to get together and have a lot of fun and laughter.
Alcy did not have recipes, she just did it, so you will have to wing it!
She made a roasted pork loin, and roasted vegetables, also beets, and pickles,
yum, I love the bread and butter pickles. The bread I think she said she bought
at Costco. It was very good also.
The dessert was shortbread with apples and whipped cream and chocolate.
YUM
Also had a lot of great chocolate candy on the table, dark and light chocolate,
very good.
Pat was showing her sister Nancy pictures of their time
on the coast, and of course her very cute grandsons.
Red curly hair and blue blue eyes they are really
cute.
