Alcy is the cook for the month of March. She made a great luncheon. She said to thank Sheila for helping her get it to the table and to the other ladies who helped with this or that.
Linda could not attend as she and Roger were caught in a blizzard going from Reno, to Red Bluff, they did make it back to Reno safely the next morning, after an all night stay in Susanville. They are troupers for sure.
Alcy said no recipes, she just made it, and the chicken is wrapped in bacon, and she cooked it in a skillet. She cut the breast in half as they were to big to use whole.
Everything was so good. Thanks Alcy for the nice luncheon, and thanks Sheila for getting there early and helping Alcy.

And we hope no more snow storms in the mountains. I want summer and I want it now!!
