PUMPKIN ICE CREAM DELIGHT
1-1/2 cups pumpkin pie filling
1/3 c sugar
1 t. vanilla
1-quart vanilla ice dream, softened
1 cup chopped nuts, toasted if desired
Mix all ingredients except nuts in a large bowl until blended. Transfer to a greased 8 in. square pan.
Cover and freeze. Scoop into individual bowls. Sprinkle with nuts.
The dessert dishes were really fragil and were her mother or grandmothers
dessert dishes.
