Rice and Nice



SHEILA’S BROWN BUTTER RICE

3 cups chicken broth

Juice of 1 lemon

1 cup white, long grain rice

¼ cup butter

Bring chicken broth and lemon juice to a boil in a medium sized

saucepan. Add rice, return to a boil, and then reduce heat.

Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed; about 20 minutes.

Let sit a few minutes before serving.

Double this recipe for 10 ladies
