Her recipe for this coconut ice cream is a family secret.
I will try and get her recipe, but so far
She is keeping it a secret.
What she did she put toasted and chopped macadamia nuts
Over the ice cream along with a slice of pineapple and mint leaves.
This was so good!
She also had dried pineapple and macadamia nuts on the table
to nibble on.
